The Karma Zone is when you are absolutely certain something you observe in others is completely bizarre and a sign of some bad trait, and then it happens to you.

The Police managed to not find a trace of Chandra Levy's Body for a year, even though they looked in the area where eventually her remains were found.

Ok, nothing that dire is going in my life.

Just recently, the police missed finding a missing person believed to have drowned in a pool. It wasn't until two days had passed that they found the body in the very pool it had been in the whole time.

Again, nothing that dire has happened in my life...thankfully.

I had put a pair of jean shorts in the washing machine along with a few shirts, I took everything out of the washing machine, but could not find the shorts. I began checking everywhere...retracing my steps, probably wasted over 20 minutes (plus now writing about it!) and I could not find the darned shorts. (is that a pun?)

I looked in the washing machine again, and again retraced my steps...it wasn't until I looked for a third time in the washing that I saw them clumped in such a way they sort of blended into the bottom of the washing machine drum.

I can't believe police can't find a body in a pool for two days.

Then I proceed to prove that it is possible to miss things by not seeing a pair of jean shorts in the bottom of the washing machine after the washing machine has been emptied.

OK, so thankfully my problems at the moment are insignificant, but I couldn't help but notice how we tend to do things ourselves that we have already cast aspertions in others for doing also.

Do you have a karma zone story?
